About

I have experience helping clients of different age groups and with various mental health issues. My ideal client is someone who suffers from depression/ anxiety/ bipolar disorders, has relationship issues or difficulties coping with work, school or life transition stressors. Also, I like to help immigrants adjusting to living in the USA, especially clients from the former Soviet Union. I am fluent in English and Russian languages.

I believe in human capacity for positive change and overcoming adversity. One should never lose hope. I use a gentle and creative approach to guide my clients on their journey to healing and growth. I believe that one approach can not fit all and draw from various therapeutic approaches to accommodate my clients' personal needs.

I will make you feel comfortable and safe to explore and share your inner struggles, aspirations and what you expect from therapy. WE collaborate and come up with a treatment plan together based on your needs and preferences. I believe that a client is expert in his/her/their own life, and I am just a "navigator."
